The Advanced Telecom Solutions Management team combines over 40 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Having successfully managed site selection, construction, upgrades, and integration's of over 5000 cell sites throughout the country, the partnership maintains access to an extensive network of contractor and vendor contacts including specialized local consultants as well as large turnkey contractors. With a broad range of experience across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks, including an extensive knowledge base of DAS systems, the ATS management team provides in-depth knowledge of wireless telecommunication network development and expansion.

Advanced Telecom Solutions Scott Root has 25 years experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, most recently as Area Manager of Real Estate & Construction for AT&T Mobility. Prior to Scott's 15 year tenure at AT&T Mobility , he worked at various construction companies which included holding a foreman position performing site layout, erecting towers, operating heavy equipment and pouring concrete. He also has 9 years vested with the National Guard.
